Before My Time is about the ancestry and extended family of my four grandparents: John Samuel Krentz (Indiana/North Dakota), Margreta Tjode Hedwig (Gertie) Buss (North Dakota), Rosmer Pettis Kerr (Pennsylvania/Michigan), and Evelyn Elvina Hauer (Michigan). Surnames

These are the surnames that appear in my family tree. As time goes by, I'll be making all individual surnames clickable. Clicking on a surname will then take you to a post containing a lineage of my known or purported direct ancestors in that surname line. As an example, the Alcorn surname is one that's clickable now. If there's a surname in this list that is of particular interest to you, let me know and I'll try to post my lineage in that surname sooner rather than later.

This page is a work in progress, as is my entire genealogy. I've done more work on some lines than on others. Some lines are completely lacking in documentation and appear here only because someone before me shared the information they had, for which I am grateful. I'll be mentioning some of my sources on the individual surname pages. Others may appear in posts throughout Before My Time. As always, you should seek good documentation for any information that's important to you.
